We offer:
- Selection of vessel candidates by specialty, conducted by experienced superintendents. In accordance with our company policy, all crew members must meet the criteria of the International Maritime Organization (IMO) and the International Convention on Standards of Training, Certification, and Watchkeeping for Seafarers (STCW).
- Provision of visas, flag documents, hotel reservations, air, train and bus tickets.
- Services for dispatch and repatriation of crew members.
- Crew insurance.
- Monitoring of medical examinations in accordance with international requirements, including the rules of insurance companies (P&I Clubs).
- Selection of a shipyard for vessel repairs, preparation of repair lists. Formation of repair crews for work at ship repair yards, including abroad. Crews may also work during a voyage to prepare the vessel for repairs.
- Conducting specialized training courses for crew members and improving their qualifications.
- Cadet programs for shipping companies based on signed agreements with higher maritime educational institutions.
